Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the Vaulta dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and you’re only billed for the days on each plan within your billing cycle.

None. The price you see is the price you pay. We don’t charge for incoming transfers, standard UK payments, or account maintenance. The only additional costs are for optional features like expedited international wires, which are always shown clearly before you confirm.

All new accounts include a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. When the trial ends, you’re automatically moved to the Free plan — no charge, no card needed. You’ll receive a reminder 7 days before so you can decide whether to continue with Pro.

Absolutely. Many of our Business plan users are sole traders who invoice international clients or work across multiple currencies. If you only need UK payments and invoicing, Pro is likely the better fit — but Business is there when you’re ready to grow.

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the Vaulta app. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract. Your account stays open on the Free plan, so your transaction history and data are always accessible.
